Shipping Policies

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using this number or by logging into your account. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active.

International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. Some remote areas may have extended delivery times or additional surcharges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

You can return unused products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging. We inspect all returns to ensure they meet our return criteria.

How to Return

Log into your account and go to Order History, or email returns@steely.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization (RA) number and instructions. Do not ship items without an RA number as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for your bank to process the credit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we can process an exchange. Contact our customer service team to arrange this. If the new item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or send a payment request.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items, sale/clearance items marked as final sale, and items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned. All product defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for return.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Returns must be sent back to our Pakistan address. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Common Questions

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, but you may be able to contact the carrier for redirection.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see if shipping is available to your location and view shipping costs.

My package is delayed. What should I do?

Shipping delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Check your tracking number for updates. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate.
